The condition-specific screening questionnaires — which patients complete before a personalised order can proceed — are developed with input from doctors, nurses, specialist compounding pharmacists and experienced skin clinicians, and cover medications, contraindications, pregnancy, medical history, existing conditions and supplements.
Each completed questionnaire is reviewed by the compounding pharmacist, who, where appropriate, contacts the patient to confirm the information and ensure the formulation is suitable before it is compounded and dispatched. Clinicians can speak with the compounding pharmacist at any time.
