The two ranges are supplied differently. Skin Health can be ordered as clinic stock below. Condition Support is dispensed per patient through a short questionnaire reviewed by the pharmacist — so those are started, not stock-ordered.
Skin Health Range
Held in stock and dispensed after a brief eligibility check
These formulations are dispensed after a brief eligibility check. When you dispense to a patient, confirm the following. If the answer is Yes to any of them, don’t dispense from stock — that patient should complete the intake questionnaire so the pharmacist can review first.
- Is the patient pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive?
- Does the patient have any known kidney or liver conditions?
- Is the patient currently using any prescription or compounded product that serves a similar purpose to what they are seeking support for?

Condition Support Range
Not held as stock — each is dispensed for an individual patient
Each Condition Support formulation is dispensed to an individual patient who first completes a short condition-specific questionnaire, reviewed by the compounding pharmacist before it is compounded and dispatched. Review each formulation and its margin below, then use Start a patient to begin.
