Store Terms

The terms that apply when ordering Skinternal formulations, for both clinics and patients.

These Store Terms (“Store Terms”) govern your use of the Skinternal online store at skinternal.com.au, operated by Blend Compounding. They apply to both registered clinics ordering on a wholesale basis and to patients ordering Skinternal formulations that have been recommended by their clinic.

1. Use of the Store

Your use of the online store is subject to these Store Terms, our Website Terms, and our Privacy Policy. Wholesale orders may only be placed through an approved clinic account. Patient orders are placed in connection with a recommendation made by a qualified health professional at a registered Skinternal clinic.

2. Account Management

Clinic registration: Clinics register for a wholesale account by providing the required information, including ABN, clinic details and authorised representative details. Blend Compounding reserves the right to approve or reject any account application, and to verify a clinic’s professional credentials before approval.

Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Orders

Skinternal formulations are pharmacist-compounded and supplied through two pathways:

Ready-made (clinic wholesale): Clinics order pre-formulated products to hold on-site, which are then supplied to patients following recommendation by a qualified health professional.

Personalised on-demand (patient): Where offered, a patient completes a structured digital intake form, which is reviewed by a compounding pharmacist. This process includes a pharmacist confirmation to verify clinical details and confirm appropriateness before the formulation is compounded on demand and dispensed to the patient or via their clinic.

Order acceptance: All orders are placed online and are subject to acceptance and availability. Blend Compounding reserves the right to accept or reject any order. Products are compounded fresh to order.

Order confirmation: An order is confirmed when you receive an email from Blend Compounding confirming the order or its dispatch.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Prices are listed in Australian dollars. Wholesale prices apply to approved clinic accounts. Any recommended retail price shown is a guide only — clinics set their own retail pricing.

Payment: Payment is processed securely online at the time of order, unless other payment terms have been agreed in writing. A tax invoice is issued with each order.

GST: Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST is applied and itemised on the tax invoice as required.

5. Subscriptions

How it works: Some patient orders may be placed as a subscription. Each payment covers one 30-capsule pack, being one month’s supply.

Billing cadence: Subscriptions are billed monthly. The first payment is taken when you place your order, and each subsequent payment is taken automatically on the same date each month using the payment method you provided. Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel it.

Subscription pricing: Subscription pricing is 10% below the equivalent one-off price and applies from your first order. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any change to your subscription price takes effect.

Cancelling: There is no minimum term and no lock-in. You may cancel at any time by emailing enquiries@skinternal.com.au or by replying to any order confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect from your next billing date, provided you cancel before that date, and no further payments will be taken.

Packs already paid for: If you cancel after a payment has been taken, that payment covers a pack that is already being compounded for you. That pack will be made and sent to you, and no further payments will be taken. Because the products are compounded to order and ingestible, packs already paid for cannot be returned for change of mind. Nothing in these Store Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pausing or ending a subscription: Your subscription will pause or end if a payment fails and cannot be recovered, or if a pharmacist review determines that a formulation is no longer suitable for you. We will contact you if that happens.

6. Delivery

Dispatch: As formulations are compounded fresh to order, orders are dispatched once preparation is complete. Estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes are provided at the time of order.

Delivery terms: Orders are shipped to the nominated clinic or patient address. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping or courier services.

Risk: Risk in the products passes on dispatch.

7. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations: Because products are compounded fresh to order, an order generally cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed and preparation has begun, unless agreed by Blend Compounding.

Returns: For health and safety reasons, ingestible products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If a product is incorrect or defective, please contact us promptly to arrange a remedy. Products must be in their original packaging and condition where a return is arranged.

Your consumer rights: Nothing in these Store Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law and that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Product Information

Preparation: Skinternal formulations are pharmacist-compounded nutraceuticals — not off-the-shelf supplements — prepared by licensed Australian compounding pharmacy partners. As with all compounded products, minor batch variability may occur.

Storage and use: Products must be stored and used in accordance with the instructions provided. Blend Compounding is not liable for any misuse or improper storage of products.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Blend Compounding’s liability in connection with any product is limited to the cost of that product. We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss.

10. Governing Law

These Store Terms are governed by the law of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
