The pharmacist will call you
Before anything is prepared, the compounding pharmacist will call you to confirm your details and review your responses. This is a standard part of the process — it ensures the formulation is appropriate for you, and gives you the chance to ask any questions.
Compounded on demand
Once confirmed, the pharmacist compounds your formulation from pharmaceutical-grade raw materials — made specifically to your protocol, not taken off a shelf.
Dispatched to you
After your formulation is prepared, it is dispatched directly to the delivery address you provided. Tracking will be available once it has been dispatched, so you can follow your delivery.
A confirmation is on its way
A receipt for your payment has been emailed to you. Please keep an eye on your phone over the coming days for the pharmacist’s call.
